Clean Eating for the Whole Family

We are a small family owned and operated, independent, first-generation farm in Lewis County, built with care, hard work, and a deep respect for the land and the animals we raise. From the very beginning in 2023, our values have been simple and non-negotiable: no antibiotics, no growth hormones, no weird additives, and no herbicides or pesticides on our fields—ever. YES we 100% eat what we grow. It’s delicious.

We believe good food starts with good stewardship. That’s why we partner with local sources to rescue fresh produce that would otherwise be rejected and sent to the landfill. Our animals enjoy this abundance as part of their free-choice diets—bananas, papaya, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, apples, and more. They eat exceptionally well, live curious and enriched lives, and yes… they’re true foodies.

Raising animals this way takes more time, more attention, and more heart—but the result is food you can feel confident serving to your family. Meat that reflects care at every step, from soil to pasture to plate.

We sell directly to you, our community. Our meat is slaughtered and butchered under USDA inspection at a small, independent processor that is Animal Welfare Approved, because how an animal is treated at the end matters just as much as how it is raised.

Thank you for choosing food with integrity.

Ethically-Raised Pork

Ethical, Humane, hormone-free. YOU care so do we!

Our pigs are all-natural, and we offer full customization of sausage, bacon, and cured products. Because we primarily harvest under USDA inspection, you can purchase as little as 1 lb of bacon or as much as will fit in your freezer—perfect for sharing with friends and family. We work directly with the meat shop to ensure your order is cut and processed exactly to your preferences.

Orders fill quickly and often sell out months in advance—reserve yours as soon as possible.

It’s our goal to bring you the tastiest, most nutrient-dense, and most ethical meat possible—good for people, critters, and the land we all share. We’re proud to follow the A Greener World Animal Welfare guidelines on our farm and to raise animals with care from start to finish.

We thoughtfully select high-quality, progeny-tested hogs that thrive in our region and produce deeply flavorful pork you’ll be proud to serve at your table. Our pork has even been called the “Wagyu beef of pork.”

HIgh-Quality Beef

Did you know it takes 5 years for the beef grow cycle? While we wait for the “Butter Sister” to have our first calves born at Sasquatch Family Farms in the fall of 2026. You have said you want beef that is local from a farmer you can trust. So while we wait for our fajitas to grow out we currently source local feeder cows and beef from small family farms that we know and trust that have our same values. Our all-natural beef is grass-fed and grass-finished, and dry-aged for 14 days for the best flavor. Stock up on healthy, high-quality meat. Get a variety of cuts (and even some new ones to try). Customize your order to get your meat exactly the way you want.

Pastured Lamb

When you pre-order lamb from us, you’re doing more than purchasing exceptional meat—you’re supporting kids. We proudly give back 100% of lamb sale profits directly to FFA, helping students fund their projects and see real returns for their hard work.

We work hard to keep the cost of purchasing a lamb for FFA affordable, while ensuring that on the sales end, students are able to make a meaningful profit. It’s a model built on fairness, opportunity, and belief in young farmers.

Help us help them. Your purchase makes a difference.

It all started with “One”—our son’s FFA project lamb.

That first year was full of lessons, long days, and a whole lot of learning. What began as a single project quickly grew into a passion for supporting the next generation of farmers and stewards of the land.

Today, we invite student farmers to visit our working farm, where they learn firsthand what it means to raise animals with care, intention, and respect. We make a commitment to every student we work with: to help them raise healthy, well-loved lambs, feed them exceptionally well, and support them in earning the highest possible price at the Northwest Junior Livestock Show. These are the lambs they care for daily, pour their hearts into, and yes—LOTS of cuddles.

Farm-Fresh eggs

Our poultry program is still growing, but it’s rooted in the same values as everything we do: animal welfare, nutrient-dense food, and community care. This project allows us to both give back and, soon, offer eggs and poultry directly through our website.

So far, our family is incredibly happy with the results—and we hope you’ll love this new farm food as much as we do.

Stay tuned. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when eggs, chicken, and turkey are available. So far this has been one of those things we are selling out of before we can even post it.

In the spring of 2025, the chicken math began—and honestly, it’s been one of the best farm decisions we’ve ever made.

The spark came during a tour of a Seattle-based food bank, where we learned that rising egg prices meant families were limited to just three eggs per week. That stopped us in our tracks. We looked at our open land and asked ourselves a simple question: What can we do to help?

So we built a chicken tractor. And wow—it’s AWESOME. (Seriously, you probably need one too.) Our birds rotate across fresh pasture, scratching, pecking, and fertilizing the land as they go. Happy chickens, healthier soil, better eggs. It just makes sense.

Then came the turkeys.
“Hey Mom, can we bring home turkeys?”
“Sure… why not?”

That first Thanksgiving sealed the deal. It was hands-down the most delicious turkey we’d ever had—and suddenly, a new farm project was born.
